Nicolai Nucleon 16
The Nicolai Nucleon 16 Supre was the first production Supre bike. Its 170mm of high pivot suspension makes it composed in the rough stuff. The frame is machined and welded out of aluminum in Germany by Nicolai. It was tested by Singletracks and Pinkbike, among others. Sadly, the Nicolai Nucleon 16 Supre is no longer available for sale.

Lal Supre Hard
This prototype steel hardtail was built to test the 12-speed version of the Supre Drive and was more recently used for testing a new type of chain tensioner. This frame was welded by Jacob Flansberry. Mike Levy test rode this bike and said that “it felt and shifted surprisingly normal”. Chromag may have been first to the punch with high pivot hardtails, but the Supre Hard is the first high pivot hardtail with a purpose!

Lal Prototype 2
This prototype steel frame was built to develop a wide range version of the Supre Drive (11 speed). The frame and drivetrain were built by Cedric. This bike was used for revealing the Supre Drive to the world. The frame and drivetrain now live on the wall in our shop as a piece of history.

Lal Prototype 1
This is the first bike ever with the Supre Drive. It was built by Cedric. The first ride on this bike was also the first ride ever with the Supre Drive—the stoke was high on that ride. The frame and drivetrain served their purpose beautifully and now live on the wall in our shop as a piece of history.
